THIRD IRAQI BUSINESSMEN GATHERING IN AMMAN
 


IACCI (Amman branch) held its 3rd Iraqi Businessmen Gathering Amman, Jordan. “The Gathering aims to demonstrate Iraq’s future investment policies, create business partnerships between Iraqi /Jordanian companies and foreign companies of counterpart competences via creation of direct networking towards contribution to Iraq’s reconstruction. Focus is made on companies currently participating in the 5th Annual Iraqi Reconstruction International Show in Amman. A multitude of opportunities is afforded by IACCI for Arab and foreign companies in attendance during this period to Iraqi companies. This year’s Gathering is distinguished by virtue of participation of organizations concerned with Iraq’s reconstruction; these shall elaborate on the mechanism for registration of companies in them for projected reconstruction contracts.” said IACCI’s Vice-CEO, Majid Michele.
Amman’s Branch Director, ‘Emad Poleena, declared, “The successive choices of Jordan as venues for holding such gatherings is in consideration of encouraging foreign investors to head to Iraq and benefit from the lucrative investment environment, facilitations and political / economic / security stability”. He presented a background of IACCI as a non-governmental organization incorporated in U.S.A (representing the interests of more than 7000 Iraqi businessmen) for the aim of advanced expertise transfer and networking of Iraqi private sector with international companies.
